TRAIL BIRD WALK

from 8 to 10 a.m.

The walk will start from the parking lot located on Munson Hwy. County Rd 191, just East of Milton

• Fall migration is coming to the Panhandle!
• Recreational and Educational morning bird walk on the trail
• Bring binoculars if you have them
• What birds will you be able to identify?
• Wear comfortable clothing and bring water

The Annual Blackwater Bicycle Festival

The Annual Blackwater Bicycle Festival is held on the second Saturday in October from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.! It is hosted at the Blackwater Heritage Trail Visitor's Center located at 5533 Alabama St. in Milton next to the Milton Library.

Bring your favorite bicycle, be it a garage creation, unicycle, recumbent, antique, muscle, cruiser, or racing bicycle. Trophies are awarded for various categories.

Free door prizes are given throughout the day so be sure to register everyone in your group for the drawings! There is a chance drawing for new bicycles and $1 tickets will be sold before and during the festival.

Food is always available for a nominal fee. We end the day with a parade on the beautiful Blackwater Heritage Trail. What a beautiful time of year for a bicycle festival! Come join us for a really fun, relaxing day!
